$37.95

Red Arrow Line’s  Craftsman HO scale Corsica Jean & Juanita’s Palace kit. Inspired by a former popular local beer and wine hangout in north Tampa, FL.,  this building was built in the 1940’s. and survived as a bar for nearly fifty years. The model version has an add-on two story office and warehouse structure attached to the back. It also features outside steps leading to a roof top lounge area. He and his wife, Juanita ran this bar for many decades, until his untimely murder late one night when cleaning up after closing. The crime was never solved. The property is currently the offices of a used car lot, but could be used as almost any type of establishment.
